Terese Wacyk

Terese has spent her entire life in South Australia practising the law across many broad areas, Family Law, Wills and Estates, Probate, Contracts, Leases, Employment Law, Personal Injury, and Commercial & business litigation. She has worked in premier law firms, private enterprises (including the Australian Stock Exchange), and government agencies, both State and Federal, across legal and quasi-legal capacities. Now in her fifth decade of practice, Terese believes the ability to properly communicate with the client is imperative, predicated on genuine empathy.

Ginny is a dedicated and conscientious solicitor at Terese Wacyk Legal. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and a Juris Doctor from the University of Sydney. Admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2023 and to the High Court of Australia in 2025, Ginny is committed to delivering the best outcomes tailored to each client's unique needs and financial circumstances.

Grace is ready to greet clients with a warm welcome, whether over the phone or at our offices, ensuring clients feel valued and comfortable. Grace commenced with the team at Terese Wacyk Legal in 2022 and has seamlessly fitted into her role as Practice Manager. She has also completed her Bachelor of Business, and provides a personalised approach to every interaction.

Diya joins Terese Wacyk Legal as a law clerk while completing her legal studies. She supports the solicitors with legal research, drafting and file preparation across family, wills and estates and commercial matters, and is often a friendly point of contact for clients as their matter progresses.

He supports the team with legal research, drafting and file management across family, wills and estates and commercial matters, bringing enthusiasm and a keen eye for detail to every task.
